Then for making sticky dough, take soaked cashews, 3 tablespoons of dry coconut, apricots, some quantity of sea salt, honey, and ½ teaspoon lemon zest and grind them in the mixer. After grinding, make small balls from the dough. Store the balls in the refrigerator for at least 3 days.

Pumpkin Halwa

Halwa is the most preferable dessert; most people like to eat it anytime. People make halwa in many varieties including gajar ka halwa, moong dal halwa, etc. Pumpkin halwa is one of the delectable recipes. For cooking pumpkin halwa, take 2 cups of mashed yellow pumpkin and soak in water until it turns soft. Then add 1 cup of sugar or as per taste and cook until the water is vaporized. When you see no water is a pumpkin that means halwa is ready to serve. Take raisin, dates, or any other dry fruits and garnish it.

Chocolate Mint Truffles – A Healthy Homemade Dessert

When you add chocolate into the dessert, it enhances the flavor of the dessert. You can easily make chocolate mint truffles at your home. Take 8-10 mint leaves and 5 tablespoons almond butter, 20-gram chocolate, and 35-gram seedless dates then grind them for a sticky and smooth mixture. Take a tablespoon of dough and convert them into balls. Store the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 2 days.     

Stuffed pear

Pear is the most delightful fruit. You can make stuffed pear with fruits and they make a healthy dessert. For making stuffed pear, cut 5 large pears and remove the pulp such that the skin forms a cup shape. Take 1 cup of curd and add salt and sugar, cut 40-gram black grapes. Then mix curd and grapes, and put the mixture in every pear cup.

Stewed Apple

You can easily cook stewed apples in minimum time. Take 2 tablespoons sugar, add a little bit of cinnamon powder and mix it with ½ cup of water. Then boil the mixture for 4-11 minutes but don’t overlook stirring while boiling. Keep the peeled apple in the boiling syrup on the low fame. Plate the syrup with apple, a healthy homemade dessert is ready to serve. You can also use custard with it.
