rolled oats or jumbo roll oats – ¾ cups

brown sugar- 3 tablespoons

baking powder- 3 teaspoon

 ground flaxseed – 1 tablespoon

One grated apple

Two eggs

Milk- ¾ cup

unsalted butter at room temperature – ¼ cup

Apple Cinnamon

•small apple – chopped into fine pieces

•cinnamon (be careful with it if it’s used in more quantity it can ruin the taste)


•Firstly preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin.

•In a bowl mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and flax seeds.

•Now add in the grated apples and beat the eggs in another bowl keep it aside.

•Beat in the milk and butter with the eggs and pour the egg mix in the dry ingredients better.

•Now gently mix everything until combined.

•Now add chopped apple and cinnamon powder and give it a nice mix.

•Using a spoon scoop out and pour even the batter evenly into the muffin tin, do not fill the muffin cup, it should be about 3/4 full.

• Now bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked. Pass a toothpick or fork in the middle and take it out, when it comes out clean it means muffins are cooked to perfection

•Take the muffin out from the oven and allow to cool before serving.


Don’t overwork the batter else the muffin won’t be soft enough.
